Excellent location close to the Bryce Canyon Park Entrance. Family corporation owns the entire town, literally. When we made our rather expensive $48/night reservation we specifically asked if they had wifi, and were told yes. What we came to find out was that wifi only exists in certain very limited locations., and that their wifi signal was being blocked by other RV's and hills. This multi million dollar corporation has not invested in the necessary wifi infrastructure and falsely advertises their services on both their website and on the phone. 5-10 minutes West on Hwy 89 we found many other RV parks as we headed towards Zion. Ah, next time with experience.

RV Park/Campground only..... No reservations, Memorial Day Weekend. We dry camped with our fifth wheel. Beautiful site away from RV sites. Quiet, with only a few tents around us. This was an over the top experience. Close to the park entrance, quiet. The staff at the campground were very helpful. We would recommend to anyone who likes quiet places If you like all the amenities, they have them too!

As other reviews noted, this place is a lot of gravel, and half the campground spots are no more than parking in a gravel parking lot with hookups. But the spot they gave us was much nicer, surrounded by trees, on the edge of a hill overlooking a large pond. I'm not sure why we got so lucky. There is a heated pool and Jacuzzi. Shuttle to Bryce stops right at the campground office roadside. Nice laundry facilities. A bit pricey.

Super clean shower and bathroom facility. Heated pool and spa. Large Laundry facility. Camp sites are ok, a little close to each other, but nice. You will need leveling blocks for your RV, not sure why they can't run a tractor over the sites to level them out. Close to the Rubys Inn, restaurants, and Bryce Canyon National Park. Shuttle stops in front of campground. The rodeo was awesome.

We stayed at the pines rv camp it was okay but we stopped in at Ruby's and liked it better. Walk to food and shop. Nice rv camp.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! The first night we had a teepee, which actually worked out well for us because it was a windy night and we didn't have to worry about our tent blowing around. The next night we were able to choose our own tent site and got a nice one overlooking the lake. The showers here are very nice and clean. Also, there's a pool and hot tub for the guests to use, which was relaxing after a day of hiking. The only thing I didn't like was that some of the people working the front desk weren't very friendly, and seemed especially frustrated with dealing with foreigners (which there were a lot of), so I was bummed to see them being treated in such an unwelcoming way.

The Ruby's complex is a mixed bag. Barren campgrounds and awful restaurants with a great general store, shuttle, laundry and mechanics services. There are big pros and cons here: The RV area is a huge gravel parking lot with few trees and no privacy. The advertised free Wifi was intermittent to non-existent. The few times we could get access it was so SLOW it was too irritating to use. There is a small pool which, on our recent visit, was packed with happy teens. The burger restaurant was awful. Dry, tasteless burgers in a 7-11 atmosphere. We went there after learning the wait in the main restaurant was over 45 minutes. (Not their fault. It was packed). Finally, it is about twice as expensive as the average national park, state park or forest service campground at nearly $50/night for a full service spot. But there are some good things here, too. First of all, every service you could ever need is somewhere in the complex. Tours. ATVs. Horses. Multiple restaurants. We didn't use those but the laundry is great: reliable high quality and clean machines. The washers are small, but the dryers are huge. The general store is well stocked and has surprisingly low prices for a campground store. The shuttle stops nearby and offers a three-hour informational tour. It is free but you must make reservations at a shuttle kiosk on the main road just outside the entrance to the RV area. Corny jokes but just right for tired travelers to get an overview. Finally, they have first-rate mechanic services. We needed two new u-joints on an older Dodge pick-up. They ordered the parts from a nearby town and half a day later we were on the road. So, we were glad they were there but will stay and eat elsewhere when we return.

Good place to camp or park your RV. They've got clean showers, swimming pool, and friendly service. My husband and I didn't make any prior reservations, and we strolled in and asked is they had any vacancies for tipis. We were so fortunate that they had 2 open spots out of 8! They also gave us the Honeymoon Tipi, which is the only one that is a bit further away from the rest of the campsite. This helped a lot with the noise because there were a ton of people camping out there. The pool is nice but again, heavily frequented. LOTS of kids. Just a half mile away from the park entrance. This, it's a convenient place to stay!

Welp...now I can cross "spend the night in a tee pee" off of my bucket list. Stayed here one night while on a road trip and visit to Bryce Canyon. Check in was quick and easy. The tee pee was cool. Basic, but very spacious and provided a great place to stay out of the elements for the night. A picnic table and fire ring were nice. The teepee was kind of close to the neighbors and the highway - we were sort of "on display" as people kept stopping on the roadside and taking pictures of us while we were cooking and eating dinner - I guess they don't have teepees in Germany, France or Korea. In exploring the entire campground I was relieved that the teepee section was in the trees with shade. Much of the campground was in nice wooded areas, but there was a very large, crowded, cramped area that appeared to be full of campers/trailers/motorhomes with ATV's and it was basically a dirt parking lot with no shade. Glad we weren't in that section. Overall the campground was very nice - great showers and clean restrooms. The only complaint was that they were few and far between. It was a bit of a hike in the middle of the night to visit the "facilities". The showers were a little crowded in the morning and our access code didn't work, but we were able to clean up by catching the door when the previous campers left. All in all the place was convenient, clean and unique. Little kids would probably really have fun with the teepee thing. Since my kids are older we had a good laugh and chalked it up to an experience for the books. The price was a little steep for a glorified tent, but the laughs and chuckles were priceless. Wifi was non-existent. Probably wouldn't do it again, but glad I did it once.

This place was great. Nice big campground with all the amenities. Most sites were pull-thrus, and were very large. Great fire pits in each one. Great place for bikes & ATVs. Easy access to the park. This place had a very good laundry facility and general store.

Used the car wash because of all the dust/dirt we had accumulated on our vehicle. They have an automatic car wash which was desperately needed. Machine looked as if it had seen better days but it got the job done and eliminated most of the outside mess.

Ruby's owns the town. They have a general store, camping, motel and they charge ...$5 to use their shower. It cost them 25cents for the water. Bryce is absolutely beautiful and after a long day hiking in the park you should know the park showers close at 8pm and open at 8am.

We rent a tipi, good experience with kids. Just ask tipi #10 surrounded by pine trees, because all the others are by the road.

We stayed at cabin number 3! I loved the cabins! It was like camping but with more comfort of a home. There is a fire pit and picnic table out front. The space inside is on the small side but it's certainly more then if I was in a tent. The pool and hot tub is kept clean and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub after hiking all day. The hot tub was pretty full on a Saturday but less so by the time the weekend ended. All the facilities are clean and the staff work hard from what I can tell to keep it so. The cabin has no a/c but does have a heater. If staying in summer I highly recommend leaving door and all windows open for a while before going to sleep otherwise it will be uncomfortably hot. The bunk beds are neat but if ur a light sleeper your bed will move if the person above or below is turning/moving. Mattress comfort is average. I would for sure return but maybe bring an extra sleeping bag for padding as I prefer a softer bed.

My family and I stayed at Ruby's RV Park with our trailer. The park itself is nondescript--several dirt rows of RV spots with the basic electrical, cable TV, and sewer hookups. The restroom facilities were average. It would be nice if the park were paved, but it's not a big issue. The best thing about the park is its close vicinity to the entrance of Bryce Canyon National Park. It also has a convenient general store with souvenirs (big selection of clothes) and a grocery section with fresh produce. We left Bryce two days early to head to Grand Canyon, and the staff graciously refunded that part of our pre-paid reservation.

Over priced poor wifi. We spent 5 night at @ $50 per night. First 3 night wifi was sporadic. At best it was 0.23mb download. The next 2 days it was zero. I complained Saturday morning again Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning I told the lady again she said all the Mormons were at church all day and maybe Monday. I said I told you Saturday morning. She said oh well.

We loved our 5 day stay in the back of the park. Spacious, clean and quiet. Great for dogs. Hauling a 40' 5th wheel. Had an easy time getting in and out. Pull thru spots. Full hook up, 50 amp. Trees are sparse, but we didn't want anything to block our view anyway. We saw deer frolicking in a nearby field and the evening storms brought great lightening shows. Only had to talk with staff one time at check in, but they were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

We ended up here at around 6:30 PM on a Friday. There was a planned ultra race happening there on Saturday. We checked in with our confirmation and were told to grab any site excluding group and RV site which had a bench. Drove along the road, it's a huge campsite. No site available!!! Went back to the reception and were told " oh grab any available space if it's not in the RV or group camping area" Finally we found a very cramped area, shared by 3 more campers. I guess for me driving all the way from California with a toddler and a dog added to the woes. It was already dusk and took us some time to get our bearings. Heads up there is only one shower and laundry area,it's always available and not crowded especially if you are doing laundry mid morning. Again for me having a kid and a dog and having to load all of them and driving to the area was a major pain. What IS nice is having the shuttle to bryce NP stop right outside, clean shower areas and restrooms. The people working the reception are friendly, but I guess all of Utah is friendly ;) It really lost two stars because the campground felt very unplanned. I wish each camper (family) was given a number like what's usually done unless it's backcountry camping. Way too crowded in my opinion unless it was due to the race. tip: get here early if you want your pick of campsite or be prepared - grab dinner etc - pitch your tent and call it a day. Oh there is a small store if you forgot to get essentials and a few mins walk away a very nice store and an ok pricey restaurant

Campground was nice, showers and bathrooms were cleaned very well daily. Bus stop and tickets for Bryce Canyon right there, and a small general store with better prices then the other stops around this little strip of tourist town. All the staff was nice that I interacted with. We stopped toward the end of June so everyone was there vacationing with families. I thought the pool area was cute, grass and lounge chairs, but it was too small for all the people crowding the water and jacuzzi with 2-5 kids in tow each. 4 out of 5 stars overall, I'd definitely camp there again, RV or even just a tent with all the grass areas and tiny lake in the back.

Went tipi camping here recently, didn't have a reservation but got a tipi easily. Was excited to find they had a pool (with a hot tub), showers, and laundry at our disposal. The tipi was large and the pool was walking distance. For one night it was about $40 which I found very reasonable. I definitely recommend camping here.

Campground is large, but sites are unlevel. The campground has no TV, even though the hotel has cable TV. Rumor was going around that it was going to snow, we asked office, they told us they didn't know, so we asked if there was a radio station to hear the weather, they didn't know. NOT helpful! The next morning we woke up to snow and while getting ready to break camp and leave they rented our site out! The new camper was very rude while waiting. It wasn't even check out time yet, and check in time was 2 hrs. later! We complained to office and the girl said she couldn't keep tract of who was in what site. Now, they have 200 sites, there were only about 50 sites being used. I'd never go back!

Ruby's is a landmark hotel/inn/campsite/RV site located about a mile from the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. In fact, it's such a landmark that it's even published on the AAA atlas of the 50 states. We saw on their webpage that in addition to tent and RV sites, they have eight teepees that you can rent for the night. Dude, how many people can say they slept overnight in a TEEPEE? Naturally, we jumped at the opportunity. The teepees are conveniently located within walking distance of the check-in desk as well as the bathrooms/showers and laundry facilities (all very clean, open late). Unfortunately we weren't aware that the overnight temperatures at Bryce in May drop to below-freezing levels, so we were a bit surprised by the cold. The teepee was a bit drafty, though you can limit exposure by barricading the door with backpacks, etc. We had planned to stay two nights, but after one night of enduring 29 degree temperatures, we called it quits. The staff at Ruby's was understanding and refunded our money, minus a $10 service charge. At that point we were so cold we were just happy to get any of our money back. Overall it was a good experience, although I would only consider teepees in July/August.

We, seven of us, were driving through the darkness last Saturday to find a place to eat BBQ. We just finished driving around Bryce Canyon with RV, and we stopped by at Ruby's Inn to see if we can park and barbeque our dinner. I asked how much they'd charge for us to eat on their campground, and they said just go ahead! They were so nice about it too. We were so happy with the atmosphere and the staff, so I decided to pick up their brochure. I'm definitely coming back to this campground next time I come to Bryce Canyon. Can't beat full-hook ups, grilling system, nice shower area, and amazingly friendly staff. Thank you again!

A well kept campground with so many amenities, including a little grocery shop and pool to cool off in. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. We reserved a tipi for the night and it was HUGE. You can easily fit 10 people in there, airbeds and all. Sleeping in a tipi was an incredible experience for the kids (and adults!). Each campsite (including the tipi) had a picnic table and firepit. Most of the RV spots were pretty level and there was plenty of shade. Staff was accommodating and helpful. There's an old rodeo that's worth checking out down the road, too.

We had a RV and parked in the tent site (so no hookup) and absolutely had the BEST site. It was on a hill toward the fence so it wasn't close to other sites. Both nights we saw the deer coming down the trail toward the valley floor. Perfect place to pickup the shuttle into Bryce. One of our favorite places we stayed on our 9-day 1,687 mile RV trip!
